S tier
Player decision Use this tier as a reason to save a Requiem Arrow if you already own Gold Experience. It is a poor first Stand, because you need Prestige 1 and a Steel Ball Run podium before the arrow exists.
Player decision Chase it if you already enjoy Spin. The Pelvis step requires Spin and Worthiness V. Casual Steel Ball Run does not allow Act 4.
Player decision Only after C-Moon and Pucci's plan. Prestiging resets unfinished Heaven progress, so finish the turn-in first.
Player decision Start only if you already main The World and can win arena matches and Steel Ball Run kills. The route is PvP-heavy.
Player decision A Requiem Arrow target if Killer Queen is the Stand you already know. Do not spend the arrow until Killer Queen is the one summoned.
Player decision Worth the arrow if you have Silver Chariot and like its playstyle. The basic arrow pool write-up did not explicitly name Silver Chariot, so confirm how you rolled the base form before you plan the evolution.
A tier
Player decision The straightforward time-stop upgrade if you rolled Star Platinum and can spare a Requiem Arrow. A Heaven quest guide also names it as a comfortable Stand for farming Heaven Ascension DIO.
Player decision Take it if you already win fights on King Crimson. New players get more out of Crazy Diamond's heal than out of this evolution.
Player decision Keep it while you learn. Evolve it only after Suno's quest, not because a tier letter said the Requiem is better.
B tier
Player decision A good Stand to learn time stop on. Start the Over Heaven route only when you can spare the arena and race grind.
Player decision Learn it before the disc trade. Diver Down is unranked here on purpose.
